30 Days Return Warranty
In order to assure product quality and customer satisfaction, we will accept your return requests within 30 days of delivery. Here are the details:

Return Procedure
1. Take a clear picture of the item in question.
2. Get in touch with our customer service team at support@hello-gorgeous.vip.
3. Share the photo and your Order ID, and specify your concerns and preferred resolution: Return, Refund, or Resend?
4. Our team will provide the address for Hello Gorgeous's return center. Please avoid sending the package back to its original source to prevent delays in your refund process.
5. Schedule a collection with the post office or drop the package at the nearest location.
6. Share the tracking number with us after dispatching the return.
7. Refunds or any other processes will be executed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Please Note
1. Returns should be in their original, unopened state.
2. Items must be in their original packaging.
3. Ensure no visible signs of wear or use on the returned items.
4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Include an RMA slip with the returned package.
6. Always send it to the address provided by our team.
7. Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
8. Initial shipping fees and insurance are not refundable.
9. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, and special event items.
10. Promotional or last-chance items are final sale - no returns, exchanges, or amendments.
11. Ensure the correct address is provided. We aren't responsible for delivery issues resulting from errors in the provided address.

Special Circumstances
For the situations listed below, we won't entertain refund requests without returns. However, we're delighted to offer a coupon for your subsequent purchase:

● Size issues without quality defects.
● Shipping status indicates 'delivered' but not received by the buyer.
